Despatch |

After you have placed your order and received your order
confirmation email you will then be sent a separate
email informing you of the despatch date. If your item is in stock, we will send it out by the
second business day from receipt of your order. If your
item is not in stock, we will be hand making it from
scratch, which can take from 3 to 27 business days. Some
complicated jewellery and interior products can take up
to 8 weeks.

If you require your order for a special date please make
sure you let us know by writing this in the "Additional
Information" section when purchasing the item.
All deliveries are all subject to payment authorisation
and your goods will be delivered with a receipt showing
the price in UK Sterling (£ GBP).If you wish to
collect your order from our
London shop, please select this option at the
check-out. |

Delivery |

All deliveries are sent by door to door courier and will
require a signature on delivery. We advise you to
check the package and ensure that it is in good order
before signing for it. |

|
The courier services that we use deliver on local
business days, during local business hours generally 8am
– 6pm Monday to Friday excluding bank & public holidays.
They do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you have
elected to have your order delivered to a business
premises, the courier will usually leave the package or
calling card with reception. |

|
|
Standard delivery within the UK is normally any time up
until 6pm. Express delivery within the UK is normally
any time before 12 noon. The time scales for delivery
outside the UK will vary from country to country. We
will advise you as to the expected delivery date when we
process your order. If you live in a remote or difficult
to access area, please inform us at the time of
purchase. If you live in an area which is not
serviced by our couriers, such as the Falkland Islands,
we will contact you with details of how your item is to
be delivered. |

If the courier fails to deliver to you on their first
attempt, they will either leave a card notifying you of
this with instructions on how to proceed or attempt a
secondary delivery on the next business day. |

|
|
Please be aware that whilst we guarantee to despatch
your order at the earliest advised date, any delay in
delivery by our courier services is outside of our
direct control. Therefore it is advisable to allow extra
contingency time if you are ordering an item for a
specific date. For orders that are delivered outside the
European Union, delays may be incurred as items go
through your country’s Customs & Excise and you will be
liable for any local customs duty, import taxes or costs
due on your purchase. These are decided on a case by
case basis by your own government at the point of entry
to your country and are outside our control. |

You can find out the delivery price for your purchase
and destination at the online check-out. However as a
guide, the following prices apply for packages that
weigh under half a kilo, covering most jewellery and
small gift purchases:
