Engraving Guide

When you see the View Engraving Options button it means that it is possible to engrave this item. In order to add a special message, name, date or symbol simply follow the instructions on each page.

Below is our no-nonsense guide to adding your engraving.

Step One

Once you have chosen the piece you wish to buy, select the View Engraving Options button.

Step Two

A box will pop up showing you where the engravable areas are on the item you have selected. Click on the image you wish to engrave.

Step Three

Choose an engraving style by clicking on the drop down menu…

… and select your engraving style from the options available.

Step Four

Having selected your engraving style, type your engraving message into the box using upper and lower case as desired. Once you have typed in your engraving the cost will appear in the cost box. When you are happy with the engraving message click the Confirm button.

Step Five

At this stage you will be shown a summary of where you have chosen to place your engraving and the exact message you have selected. You now have the option to review and change your engraving or select other areas of your jewellery item to engrave. When you are happy with what you have chosen click the Add button.

Step Six

The cost of your engraving has now been added to the price of the item.

At this point you can also review and change your engraving by clicking on the View Your Engraving button.

Et Voila…

The engraving process is complete and you should continue your transaction as normal.

Special Engraving

Complex engraved designs that require extensive artwork can be requested as part of our Bespoke Jewellery Service. We quote for this on a case-by-case basis and you should contact us via our Bespoke Enquiry. Here are some examples of our Special Engraving:

We advise you to be certain of your purchase before you have any item customised with engraving. Engraved items are classed as customised products and are therefore exempt from our money back guarantee and free exchange service. You will also be liable for all re-engraving charges and a possible re-make if the item is to be re-sized. The re-engraving charges will be the same as the original engraving costs.
