You wouldn't believe how much self-discipline it took to not open a package, that although not addressed to her, had her name showing through the receipt on the front for the engraving i had requested.
But finally after two days on her return to Macau she finally got to rip to shreds the packaging to find to beautiful engraved silver swallows.
As for me, after rumaging around the floor in the reminants of the package i finally stumbled across an absolutely stunning Titanium/Silver GEO Elipse ring which will be slid onto my finger in two weeks by the beautiful woman with the Swallows in her ears.

At that time all you made were the skull and crossbone pave studs. Not exactly for a man. However your design was so unique and beautiful I bookmarked the page. Now a few years later I was checking your website and came across the skull and crossbone small studs. I ordered them in 14k white gold. Your staff was courteous, friendly and very professional. I was a little nervous because I live in the United States and I was afraid that they might not be exactly what I wanted when they arrived. Let me tell you they were everything I wanted and much much more! Not to small and not to big, just right! I absolutely love them! Although being a shopper from the United States and due to the exchange rate they were a little pricey, it was worth it. Why have something everyone else has and not love it? Sometimes you make a purchase and are not 100% satisfied with it. This was one of those purchases that I am so happy I did it. Well, my wife did it for me. These were my fathers day gift. Glad it wasn't the kind of gift that ends up buried in a drawer. I will always love these earrings. Thank you guys for a gift that will be always treasured! My wife and I were looking for wedding bands and fell in love with the designs at Stephen Einhorn. We put off ordering until it was very close to our wedding date, and then we found out that we would have to wait to have the design hand made. The staff took this into consideration and provided options as to what they had in the store room that was similar to what we wanted. They took this a step further and offered to let us use the ring for the special day, while at the same time building the design that we originally ordered, and to swap them out when it was complete. But that's not all, they shipped the ring from London to Louisiana in three days! The quality of the ring speaks for itself, and I expect it to last forever, however they have also gained a customer for life!
The pearl necklace and earrings I ordered arrived safely and I was delighted with them.

I felt it necessary to write to you regarding the service and communication I have received from yourselves while working with you to design and create my bespoke charm (Order No. GE3733 ˆ Unicorn engraving on a large disc with a blue sapphire stone for an eye and "M" on the reverse).
I am a regular guy; not the best at choosing jewellery for someone else. In the end I plucked up enough courage to design an image to put onto a charm that represents the special someone for whom it was for. I was expecting this to be a nerve racking experience because I knew that if it didn't turn out well, then I obviously wouldn't be able to return the charm, bearing in mind it could cost a lot of money. I was very nervous!
A lot of doubt was going through my mind at this point.
However, I was very lucky to have discovered your shop. I cannot praise you and your staff enough for the consistent professional service I received and the quick responses I was given to my emails and phone calls.
I was put at ease straight away as to the process I would need to go through to have a bespoke charm created by you. I was probably not the easiest of people to work with because I'm sure I sent more than my fair share of emails every time I had a thought or concern. However, you were all very patient and extremely welcoming. It seems you are very well organised since anyone I spoke to instantly knew what was going on from looking at my records.
In the end, everything went very well and I am ecstatic about the result; as is my girlfriend! Despite the tight time schedule I had given you, I was informed the charm was ready ahead of schedule. This was a nice surprise in itself; not having to worry about whether the charm would be ready on time or not.
It has been an absolute pleasure to have worked with you and I can easily imagine calling on your services in future. I have already recommended you to a friend who is looking to have a bespoke charm made for her daughter.
Some of the people I would like to mention who I had correspondence with during this process were Bethany, Kirsty and Lisa.
Finally I'd like to thank the team in the workshop for creating the charm and producing the end result which was exactly as I had imagined it. I'm sure the result speaks for itself on the Monday evening when my girlfriend and I picked up her surprise. The look on both of our faces said everything!
I cannot thank you enough for your efforts.

Breakable Heart Packaging

I just wanted to say thank you so much for making my present to my now husband so special. The heart travelled well to Cuba (it was so well packaged though) , and I had it placed on our table before our wedding meal. My husband was a bit perplexed to start with as to what to do with it, but loved the fact that he had to smash the heart to find his cufflinks! Dear Stephen and Lily, A very sparkly thank you! Malcolm has finally proposed, and with only three weeks to go before the wedding, he managed to make it a surprise! I had no idea the lengthy history of the making of the ring until now, and I just wanted to write to you to thank you for your fantastic design and craftsmanship. I love it! I love it! A truly one of a kind piece, it is more stunning in real life than any picture I had in my mind. The sapphire stone, I have never seen one this color and surprisingly, I much prefer it to a diamond. It is a very polarizing design - people either love it or....find something else to say (usually, they are wearing your standard .75 carat princess cut Tiffany setting....) and that makes it even more fun to show off! I know it was a long process, and thanks so much for your understanding. Hi, A 16th delivery will be better as somebody will be in all day, could you also include some of your business cards too, I get a LOT of people admiring the skull ring I got from you back along...and it will be easier to hand them one of your cards rather than trying to remember the web site address! Dear Lily, I love my ring! Your website is a god-send especially for those of us that live on rock out in the middle of the Irish Sea....... I had looked everywhere for an engagement ring and trying to explain that you want an aquamarine set into the band of a platinum ring when all anyone had available was virtually identical claw set diamond solitaires had started to get really tedious. Then I happened across your website and knew instantly that your style of ring was exactly what I was looking for. Then I had the opposite problem - too many designs to choose from! We thought about a custom ring and got a quote for a bond ring with small aquamarines and a diamond but I had a last minute change of heart and opted for the Elipse ring with an aquamarine. Thank you for the great service in getting my husband’s replacement wedding ring.
He tried very hard to lose the first one and succeeded on the third attempt, so I should be proud, I suppose, of his perseverance.
Anyway, he has his new one now, shipped all the way to Sydney in time for our first wedding anniversary.

Its a beautiful ring and he loves it, even if the improvised bolt through his finger to keep it securely fastened does detract a little, but hey, it did go easily through that 2000 bit of wood.

Just to say thank you so much for the time and effort put into creating that absolutely beautiful ring.
Luckily she said yes (took the ring first though); so everyone’s happy. It really is gorgeous and Stephan is the only person that I am happy to see make her cry.
Wedding!!!??? Whoa, engagement!! Rest assured I’ll be back for that though. Maybe I’ll be lucky enough to get one next time.
