We have some lovely unusual engagement rings and if you want us to make you something different just ask, we can make anything your imagination can think up.

Remember, when buying an engagement ring London and UK based customers can visit our showroom on Upper Street Angel, Islington. Here you are able see our unique engagement ring collection up close and personal. We can talk you through our conflict free diamond and ethical stone policy, we will happily explain to you about the 4C’s of diamonds, we will even let you know our wedding cake preferences should you feel like asking.

We'd love to see you... and don’t forget we are one of the few British companies left who make everything on site. We can alter, we can revamp, we can service, and generally look after your cherished Stephen Einhorn engagement ring. If on the other hand you aren't based in the UK fear not! You can choose and buy your beautiful engagement ring right here online. If you have any questions or need a little guidance please don't hesitate to contact us. Don't be shy, we're here to help and our expert jewellery advisers have years of experience, not only that but they also have very good taste, so if you need a bit of style advice, simply ask. In the mean time here are the three main things you need to consider when choosing an engagement ring…

Firstly there is metal durability. If you are looking for the hardest densest metal of all, the Rolls Royce of metals if you will is platinum. Luxurious and bright, a platinum engagement ring will do the business. 18ct white gold is also hard and long lasting, the main different with 18ct white gold and platinum is the colour of the metal and the fact that it wears in a slightly different way. A white gold engagement ring is a thing of beauty, something to behold and will definitely not be thrown back in your face. If on the other hand the lady in question is more of a yellow or rose gold jewellery lover we'd recommend you opt for an 14ct yellow gold engagement ring (which is harder than 18ct yellow gold - confusing I know!) or an 18ct rose gold engagement ring - both beautiful and long lasting.

Secondly we come to the stone. A diamond engagement ring is a bit of a classic along with a ruby engagement ring but why not think a little outside the box? How about a colour change sapphire or even a green tsavorite engagement ring? Or... a natural blue diamond if your pockets are deep enough. You can also rest assured in the knowledge that we ethically source all our stones. Not only is it where they are from that matters to us, it's also about making sure that our suppliers understand our concerns and comply with them. Canadian diamonds? We have them too!

The cut of a stone like 'the cut of your gib' is also an important consideration. We have many different cuts within our collection. We have princess cut engagement rings, solitaire engagement rings (very popular) and we also have the more unusual cushion cut engagement rings. Of course it's all about personal preference, so go…peruse our designs and see what takes your fancy…
