Sales Manager

The role of the Sales Manager will be to optimise sales and profits for Stephen Einhorn while providing customers and clients with a premium level of customer service to ensure the business runs as smoothly as possible. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, driven and passionate with exceptional gemstone and diamond knowledge and their own client books.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for all Stephen Einhorn collections
  • Oversee all store operations
  • Report all sales to management and manage sales budgets
  • Ensure that the Stephen Einhorn experience and overall customer service is exceptional
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping in order to promote the Stephen Einhorn brand to the retail public
  • Manage VIP’s closely and effectively
  • Liaise with workshop and production to help proactively manage sales/profitability
  • Manage online sales and make sure they run smoothly
  • Be fully conversant with the product range, including product alterations, stock,
    availability and bespoke
  • Proficiency in creating and updating client files and managing own client book
  • Exceptional knowledge of diamonds and gemstones (with required qualifications for proof)
  • Assist in creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of and experience with Shopify
  • Must have CRM experience
  • GIA Certified
  • Have your own Client Books preferred but not a must
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proactive and positive
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to be organised and prioritise
  • Sound commercial awareness
  • Knowledge of bespoke jewellery is ideal
