Engraved Christmas gifts
Almost everything we make can be engraved by hand in the workshop: initials, a date, the thing you always say to each other. Hidden inside a ring or a bangle, or worn on the front of a charm. From (£X, confirm) a letter. Engraved orders take (X, confirm) extra working days, so the Christmas cut-off for engraving is (date, confirm). Engraved pieces can't be returned, so if you're unsure of the size, order it plain and bring it in to be engraved after Christmas.
The gift box
Christmas jewellery gift box: the heart they have to break
We wrap the piece in soft cloth and seal it inside a plaster heart, hand painted in the colour you choose. To reach what's inside, they have to crack it open. (Price, confirm.) It is the part of Christmas morning people tell us about.

The wrong size is our problem, not yours
Make your best guess. Here's what happens if it isn't right.
Wrong size
Return the ring unworn, in its packaging with the receipt, within the Christmas returns window and we'll exchange it for the right size. (Confirm: free, or customer pays return postage.)
Wrong piece
Anything bought from (date, confirm) can be returned unworn until (date, confirm) for an exchange, credit note or refund. Engraved and bespoke pieces can't come back, so if you're unsure, gift it plain.

Ready-to-ship pieces leave the workshop within days. Made-to-order and engraved pieces take up to 4 weeks. Buying against a date? Call +44 20 7359 4977 before you order and we'll confirm it will make it.

Can a Christmas gift be returned in January?
Yes. Anything bought from (date, confirm) can be returned unworn and in its original packaging until (date, confirm) for an exchange, credit note or refund. Engraved and bespoke pieces can't be returned, so if you're unsure, order it plain.
What if the ring is the wrong size?
Make your best guess and order. If it's wrong, return it unworn within the Christmas returns window and we'll exchange it for the right size. Or come into the shop on Upper Street in January and we'll size it there.
Can it be engraved in time?
Yes, if you order by the engraving cut-off above. Engraving is done by hand in our London workshop and adds (X, confirm) working days.
Does it come in a gift box?
Every piece arrives in a Stephen Einhorn box. For something they'll remember, choose the heartbreak packaging above: the piece sealed inside a hand-painted plaster heart they have to crack open.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. Pay in three instalments with Klarna at checkout. UK shipping is free on orders over £100.
